By using thelibertyaces.com (the "Site") or purchasing a membership or sponsorship from Liberty Aces HC ("Liberty Aces," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

Liberty Aces HC is an amateur handball club based in New York, New York, competing in The MegaWall Championship. We are not affiliated with any government body, school, or professional league.

• Membership and sponsorship perks are described in good faith on the Support page and apply to the season indicated at the time of purchase.
• Perks are personal to the purchaser, non-transferable unless we say otherwise in writing, and have no cash value.
• Some perks (open practices, hospitality events, signed items) depend on schedules, player availability, and venue access. If a specific perk becomes impossible to deliver, we will offer a comparable substitute.
• Sponsor logos, names, and marks are used by us only as needed to deliver the recognition perks of your tier. You confirm you have the right to provide any logo or brand you send us.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. Memberships are annual unless stated otherwise; sponsorships cover the season indicated. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; their terms also apply to your transaction.

Memberships and sponsorships are non-refundable except where required by law. If the club is unable to compete for a full season for reasons within our control, we will offer a pro-rated credit toward a future season or, at our discretion, a partial refund. Requests should be sent to office@libertyaces.com.

The Liberty Aces name, logo, crest, photography, copy, and other content on the Site are owned by Liberty Aces HC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of this content without our written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping at scale, or using it to harass other people. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.

The Site links to third-party services (such as social platforms and our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties; their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

The Site and our memberships and sponsorships are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberty Aces HC and its members, staff, and volunteers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or a membership or sponsorship. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
