Liberty Aces HC ("Liberty Aces," "we," "us," or "our") is a handball club based in New York, New York, competing in The MegaWall Championship. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit thelibertyaces.com or support the club through memberships and sponsorships.

We collect only what we need to run the club and recognize our supporters:

• Contact information you send us by email (name, email address, message contents) when you reach out about memberships, sponsorships, media, or tickets.
• Membership and sponsorship details — tier selected, perks owed, and any business information (logo, brand) sponsors provide for recognition.
• Payment information — when we enable online checkout, payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or Paddle). Card numbers and billing details are submitted directly to the processor; we receive only a confirmation, the supporter's name, email, and the tier purchased. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Basic site logs — our hosting provider may automatically record standard request data (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

• To process membership and sponsorship purchases and deliver the perks you signed up for.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, RSVP confirmations, event reminders).
• To send a members-only newsletter if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To recognize sponsors on our site, match-day program, signage, and social channels in line with the tier purchased.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the club — payment processors, email tools, and our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service. We may disclose information if required by law.

The site uses only the cookies required for it to function. We do not currently run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

The site is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing office@libertyaces.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (including New York's SHIELD Act and, if applicable, the California or EU privacy regulations).

We keep supporter records for as long as needed to deliver perks, handle accounting, and comply with our legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
